These guiding principles distinguish us from the pack

Character

It is usually the most trying situations which necessitate legal representation. A client is required to place a great deal of trust in his or her attorney. Therefore, it is critical to choose an attorney with unwavering ethical standards and a steadfast moral compass. Rob Hoekstra was raised by a single mother, who has worked over thirty years as an elementary school teacher. She taught Rob that our purpose in life is to help others. Rob represent all of his clients with that philosophy in mind.

Communication

In our opinion, a lack of communication is the most common problem clients experience with their attorneys. Whether it’s unreturned calls or emails, failure to provide routine and prompt status updates, or lack of transparency, clients often feel out-of-the-loop with their own claims. At Hoekstra Law Firm, clear and consistent communication with clients is of the utmost importance. Our promise (and hold us to it) is to ensure our clients are always fully-informed regarding the status of their case: its progress, its outlook, and our plan of action.
